These Terms & Conditions govern your use of reraexam.in and the mock tests offered on it. By creating an account or purchasing a test, you agree to these terms.

Not affiliated with MahaRERA

ReraExam is an independent, privately-run mock test platform. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to MahaRERA or any government regulatory body. Our tests are practice material only.

Your account

• You must provide accurate information when signing up.
• You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
• Accounts are for individual use — sharing an account or reselling access to purchased tests is not permitted.

Purchases and access

• Each mock test is purchased individually and unlocks immediately after successful payment.
• Each purchase grants one attempt at that test. To retake a test, it must be purchased again.
• Once a test attempt is started, the timer runs continuously and the test auto-submits when time runs out.

Acceptable use

You agree not to attempt to copy, redistribute, or resell our test content, interfere with the platform's operation, or use the service for any unlawful purpose.

Availability

We aim to keep the platform available at all times but don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, modify, or discontinue features from time to time.

Limitation of liability

Mock tests are provided for practice purposes only. We make no guarantee about exam outcomes, and we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
